Hand selected, fresh Hornet pepper, red Belizean habanero pepper, natural vinegar, hand harvested sea salt, hand chopped white onions, freshly squeezed key lime juice, fresh tomato puree, fresh garlic - Marie Sharp's heirloom habanero's have been stunning culinary aficionados, like yourself, since 1981. It takes many years to produce a new pepper cultivar. Marie has spent this time creating her hottest pepper, to date. A little less than a year ago after seven generations of planting, she announced to us personally, "I have a new sauce, from my new pepper, and it packs a sting boy!" The rest, as they say, is history, and the Red Hornet has landed. This is the first batch, a limited release, that will knock your socks off. 4 times hotter than Marie's previous hottest sauce. Precautionary measures
Our sauces are all about flavor, not flames. Remember, test with a toothpick before you dive in. Keep the sauces away from kids and pranks. If you’re new, start with ‘A Little Pain - Sweet Chilli’. Too hot? Reach for milk or a strong drink. Water won’t help, capsaicin doesn’t mix with it. Thanks for choosing us, stay spicy!
