Terms and conditions of business
Guarantee and Service
- At SalsaShop our top priority is customer satisfaction and we aim to provide unrivalled service and top quality products.
- SalsaShop.ch deems the information provided on the products (eg ingredients, size, weight etc) to be correct.
- However, as for all food products, the consumer is kindly requested to refer to the packaging before consumption.
- SalsaShop.ch declines all responsibility in the event of misuse of the products.
- SalsaShop.ch reserves the right to limit the amount of purchases of certain products.
- If an item is not available at the time of dispatch, it will neither be invoiced nor sent at a later date.
Orders and Pricing
- The prices include VAT at the current rate.
- Delivery charges vary according to the value and weight of the order.
- Each order is confirmed by SalsaShop.ch. Your credit card is only charged after dispatch of the goods.
- The contract is binding following email confirmation of your order by SalsaShop.ch.
- From this point it is not possible to change or cancel the order.
Methods of Payment and customer credit rating.
- (PostFinance, Paypal, cash)
- The client can choose to pay by cash, PostFinance (PostFinance card or e-banking) or Paypal.
- SalsaShop.ch can cancel or suspend an order if the customer is insolvent or if SalsaShop.ch has grounds to believe the customer is behaving fraudulently.
Refunds, credit notes, gifts
- If the customer is entitled to a refund or a credit, the amount shall be credited to the customer's account with SalsaShop.ch and can be put towards future orders with SalsaShop.ch within 1 year of the credit. After 1 year the credit is not longer valid.
- The credits and vouchers may only be used to buy products delivered by SalsaShop.ch.
- The SalsaShop.ch vouchers are non-returnable. Only one voucher may be used per order.
Delivery and Returns
- Delivery within Switzerland only.
- Following confirmation of the order by SalsaShop.ch, the items will be delivered to the address requested by the customer.
- Any quality complaints must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods. If the customer orders items in error, they will neither be refunded nor taken back by SalsaShop.
